thats not bad, my first speeding ticket was a 106 in a 65. I got pulled on 64 after i was dragging. The cop actually liked hondas and liked my car and dropped the racing charged but still slapped me with the speeding. I had to get a very good lawyer or I was looking at jailtime for sure. But luckily my lawyer got it so I lost my liscence for 30 days and I had to pay 1300 dollars. Yes it was a lot of money and it really was terrible but your ticket isnt anything compared to mine even with a restricted or no liscence. Whats the hurry anyways its just going to get you at your destination a few minutes early and you eat away on gas when you speed. This is my advice , slow down and just take your day in court. ps the lawyer is a family friend Micheal Ware who only does corporate cases but made and exception but if you need a good traffic lawyer ask around.

But how in the hell can you get a ticket in a 35 mph zone, and then suddenly its changed and you're given a ticket from a 45 mph speed zone?

I understand dropping the vehicle speed violation down to 60, but your ticket gets reported at the sight of the violation and goes into court record that way.

So is the officer going to report your speeding violation at a different location now?

 

^^ thats what i was thinking..either way you are a moron going that fast in a 35 mph zone (since it was 35 you were either in residential area or a high traffic area) with too many people in the car. to top it off, you didnt have a license (which i dunno if you meant you didnt have it on you or just dont have one period) plain and simple you deserve the 70/35 if you ask me since you were racing

I know. The judge that I had was taking people's licenses away for months, and making them do a court driving program, and have good behavior for a year, and a big ass fine. I'm so glad that I didn't have reckless.
