Ive got a set for my integra and im basically just asking if any of you guys have used them and what you thought about em.

its my conclusion that all lowering springs are simply factory springs set at different heights and rates.

metal is metal, to say one is "better" than the other isnt logical. match the spring rate to how you want to ride. if its a DD, dont get the race version's of springs, they'll make your anus pop outwards from strong bumps.

coilovers are a different story...
