s2000 owners get in here; pros/cons associated with them?
Alright guys, in the market for an s2000 (post 03) and am trying to get input from owners/past owners on what they consider to be both the positives and negatives to the car itself. I understand the basics (no backseat, little trunkspace), but what else?
I'm not a tall or big guy (5'7'' 150lbs) so if it is a small car, that is just dandy. Only need it to fit a set of golf clubs for when I may travel...travel bag can go in passenger seat.
It is HIGHLY unlikely the car will be modified, other than wheels and suspension, so I'm not extremely worried about performance and power in other respects.
So pretty much any comments on how the car stacks up for DAILY DRIVER status, and input on some good wheel/suspension combo's you have personally experienced.
Thanks.
Levi

Pros:
- reliable
Cons:
- tiny
- underpowered
- twitchy handling
- drop tops are for the gays
- no torque
- expensive parts
- noisy
- uncomfortable
- radio sucks
- steering is numb
- most of the "leather" is vinyl
- windshield chips
- rear visibility sucks
- cop magnets
- gas mileage is not that good
- unrefined
- squeaks
... I could go on all day

Well hell it seems you don't like them too much! </3
I've also noticed the seats are a little slippery, such as vinyl. Those can always be replaced with better seats, so I'll negate that problem.

Considering Flite has had 2, I'm pretty sure he is just messing with you.
With that said, he list of "cons" is pretty accurate.
I love mine, too bad I have to get rid of it.

Not a fan of the STI's...and I actually get a damn good deal on insurance with an s2k compared to such cars as an STI lol.
