you're not going to see 7" in the front and 10" in the rear in Germany unless we're talking about the width of the lips themselves... usually you'll see like 9's in the front and 10's or wider in the rear.

it could be 12" upfront, more than likely it'd still be like 14" in the rear with tires stretched like a bitch...point is????

my point is that the width difference is usually nowhere near as extreme as you mentioned man.. that's all. I'm not saying it isn't ridiculous, but it's all about looks--not the performance or handling.

On topic - do y'all seriously not understand what he's saying?

They're running a wider wheel on the front to increase sidewall stretch, therefore making the tire's turn-in better and sidewall flex alot stiffer.

Who gives a fuck what german's do.

And the reverse-stagger helps a FWD car rotate a little better to make it seem more like a RWD car, effectively reducing some of the gayness.

Of course, this method is not recommended for 80% of the FWD drivers in the world or damn near 97% of dragva. Idiots don't need oversteer (see: FWD drifting).
