you're not going to see 7" in the front and 10" in the rear in Germany unless we're talking about the width of the lips themselves... usually you'll see like 9's in the front and 10's or wider in the rear.

They're running a wider wheel on the front to increase sidewall stretch, therefore making the tire's turn-in better and sidewall flex alot stiffer.
