Unhappy RD Ticket
Got stopped today on 17 in Yorktown, 81 in a 45. I'm 19, first ticket ever, what you all think I'll get in court?

Hey fucknut, for one, it was 81 in a 45, not 85 in a 45. And 2, I wasn't doing 81, but this other car that hauled ass up to my tail and then passed me in the grass was hauling fucking ass. The deputy saw him....but caught me, I was doing about 65. My guess is that the radar caught the other car illegally passing then turning, and he decided to stop me instead. Nothing I can do about it, but thats the situation I'm in. If you care to be of any help, please repsond, if not, then get off my nuts. Thanks.

65 in a 45 is still reckless driving, get a lawyer, pray.more than likely your'e fucked. oh and if the judge believes that you were doing 81, thats two counts of reckless, anythin gover 80 in the state of va is reckeless so you get that as well as the 20 over charge. i think 35 or 40 over may be reckless endangerment as well. your'e pretty much fucked dude, suprised you weren't arrested.
