always have raffel items at the end, and wait till the very end for the 50/50. you can hit some auto parts stores for stuff, have a flyer for the show when you go in and explain why you are seeking these donations, have goody bags, i have about 50 or so you can have, the paper is a perfect place for the event, you must have it in 2 weeks before the show to get it in, in time.

i spent many years raising money for charity thru car shows, and my ideas are tried and true, send me your # and i will call. it would be my pleasure to help as i have lost family to breast cancer, Mom, 2 aunts, so its close to my heart.

i think people should start posting date ideas. mine was 27th last sunday of january. you may want to do it sooner though.

I have never done a poker run before, thats sounds fun. I will do what I can to help, but I work all the hours people are normally out and about. So I dont think passing things out would work for me at like midnight . Anything else, let me know.

yea definitely. i have an idea of what they look like and what to say. just need to brainstorm a little bit more and maybe get some designs or something on it.
