quick STI's and EVO's in 757
I met a guy last night with an STI (blue with gold rims) that had an exhaust on it. He said he was mid 12's. Are there any other's in the area? I was impressed to see this guy had already done some stuff to his subie.
It seems to me that most of the people around here that are getting the STI's and EVO's are either buying a car they can't afford to mod, or their parents are buying it for them and they aren't allowed to mod.

My mods are going on this summer. I'd rather not share everything, but the car will be hitting high 11s with an amatuer driver. I'm going to stop after this setup I think (at least as far as worrying about quarters). I'm putting her on a trailer and taking it to Ohio to see David at Buschur Racing:
some of the goodies that will be installed at this time:
hks cams 264s
3 inch exhaust intake
larger intercooler
bigger piping
safc
exedy twin disc
etc.
It should be quite fun.

Good choice David seems to be the best tuner out there right now for these cars. He is maxing out the stock turbo very efficiently. It is hard to believe these cars will do an 11.5 with the factory turbo and no nitrous. All that shit Al has on his car and then David comes in with minor stuff and hits real close to Al's "record times".

Yep, I've talked to David on several occasions. They are going to take care of me and my wallet when I make my trip. Since you know about his car....I'm doing everything that the shop car has on it right now to mine, except Ill have a hi-flow cat on mine to pass inspection. Injectors, pump, etc. are all going on. David almost used my car for his turbo magazine article pictures because they're EVO was taken apart and not ready for a shoot. i was all ready to pretend that my car was his and make the trip to Ohio when he called me and told me that they found some quarter mile pictures from the DSM shootout that they would use. Oh well.

I haven't seen the blue one yet...there was a nice white Sti at the last dsm meet. My favorite is Victum's. That car looks soooo much better in black than any other color.
