Default Quick Question (easy money for you engine techs)

Heya, im new to the site. I was told by a good friend to look this site up when i moved to VA. I didn't think to look it up till blew a head gasket and started leakin a creamy white fluid with a little green added in there. Im not too sure if its a blown head gasket, but my cars book says that the only thing it could be. Callin a round, i was quoted at $700-1500... thats too much. I tried it myself but i didnt wanna mess with my rods and they are on the top of the head gasket on my engine. Im actually posting here to see if anyone in Hampton VA can do this job on a 95 sunfire/cavilier engine. Name a price, i just dont have $700 to spare. Thx!
