question for people with lowered cars
or you could always just put some wood down in front of the ramp or lift and drive up on that which will raise the car some and you wont eat the mess out of your bumper and stuff ~ thats what i have to do ~ just my .02!
i use the stock jack on the front until its high enough to get hydraulic under the sides, then stick it on jackstands. i can even go take a picture, mines been up there almost a week now : (
and montman, whats the deal with the "bullitt" mustangs? anything special? i met a girl a few weeks ago with one and she was talking like it was big shit, but it looked just like any other stang to me.

arent you the idiot with like 200 exhaust pipes on your gay ass probe?
5 min. to jack up a car is definitely an ok price to pay for having all the advantages of being low. i have several different methods...
use the diamond jack to crank up one side underneath the front, then slide a hydraulic under the jack point on the side, or
drive up on 2x4s, then get out, stack 2 2x4s on top of each other, and drive up on those, then use the hydraulic.
if i want to get on a lift (at least at my shop) i have to drive into the middle of it. use the diamond jack in the front, so i can get a hydraulic under the front, lift it up, and slide the lift supports under the front sides. then i have to go to the back and use the hydraulic jack on the tow hook, then slide the rear lift supports under the rear sides. then i can lift that focker up.
being able to handle better than civics and integras: priceless.
hehe
