I use 2 jacks. The first jack is used on the front tow hook and once the car is up enough, the 2nd jack goes on the sides.

I use the jack that came w/ the car, then hydraulic jack, then slide in the jackstands.

They make a hydraulic jack for lowered cars but it costs a few hundred dollars.

or you could always just put some wood down in front of the ramp or lift and drive up on that which will raise the car some and you wont eat the mess out of your bumper and stuff ~ thats what i have to do ~ just my .02!

Well the bullitt was a limited production run (I think like 5K of them made- not sure) in 01 as a throwback to the Steven McQueen movie of the same name. It has a few performance tweaks - upgraded susp., brakes, intake, and a few misc. other parts unique to it like spoiler delete, gauges, shift knob, etc....

Yeah just use normal ramps and stack up some peices of wood (2x4) in front of it to get the front end to clear the ramp. Do it all the time.

5 min. to jack up a car is definitely an ok price to pay for having all the advantages of being low. i have several different methods...

use the diamond jack to crank up one side underneath the front, then slide a hydraulic under the jack point on the side, or

drive up on 2x4s, then get out, stack 2 2x4s on top of each other, and drive up on those, then use the hydraulic.

if i want to get on a lift (at least at my shop) i have to drive into the middle of it. use the diamond jack in the front, so i can get a hydraulic under the front, lift it up, and slide the lift supports under the front sides. then i have to go to the back and use the hydraulic jack on the tow hook, then slide the rear lift supports under the rear sides. then i can lift that focker up.

being able to handle better than civics and integras: priceless.

hehe
