i was on i-95 today in the fast lane doing 60 mph. so i looked in the center and right lanes and had a clean clear shot so changed lanes. got a ticket for making unsafe lane change. to me, it's unsafe to go 60mph in the fast lane.

It's like 16 so you'll prob. lose your license and be thrown in jail for a couple years. but you also get 8000 cool points.

Yes. 46.2-804, It's a 3 or 4 point violation. It can be prepayed for $30 + court costs.

Edit: Looking at your current sig line, I think you can handle the fees.
