Question? About Front Bumper Cover

I WANTED TO HAVE FRONT BUMPER REPAINTED AND DRIVE WITH NO FRONT BUMPER COVER TILL ITS DONE. I NEED MY CAR. SO IS THAT ILLEGAL IN VA?

Well, called VB. police, and they said no its not illegal. Also called Safety for Virginia, they said the same, so if anyone else was in need of this info. Your lights must work and lic. plate must be displayed.

that makes sense... a bumper cover is just a cover, not like it's part of anything structural.
