Maybe a stupid question, but hell, here it goes...

Can you chrome plate something that is fiberglass?

I'm guessing no, but then again maybe? Because I've seen abs plastic chrome pieces (door handle overlays etc)?

If it can be done, anybody got any contacts to who can do it?

Oh, I'm trying to chrome the frame of my grill, if that helps any.

Wow... I hate the look of chrome but that type of fiberglass plating is something I've never heard of before, that's really cool..

Did you buy a fibeglass grill for your car? The stock ones are usually urethane or ABS, which is a lot easier to prep and plate than fiberglass.

Odd coincidence, I just ran across the company in Switzerland that I'm pretty sure makes that chrome coating system..
