That came out wrong, I was talking money wise, not skill wise.

For the S52 engined cars, it's gonna be about $10K for a new turbo kit and everything else you'll need with it, any way you slice it. Superchargers can be had for lots less and you can pick up used ones all day long.

turbo the m20 motor in an e30 325is. You can easily get 250 whp in a very light car without touching the internals of the motor.

Those things are a dime a dozen. Obviously orginality matters, or he wouldn't be boosting a BMW.

I'd boost a 94-96 540. Man up, puss.

I hope thats a typo ... even new a turbo kit for a bmw from Korman autowerks is only 4500 ...

I think Royalty wants to boost an older bmw

heres a site that helped me alot http://www.mkosonen.com Its one of the write ups that I kinda followed . www.proturbo.fi is a site that sells turbo stuff for E30s same with www.kormanautowerks.com

if youre not in it for the bling factor I can make you an manifold for a small price ( log style ,top mount ) it flows well .. i have full boost by 2000 rpm (1bar)

as for what IAm-Topik said about the 250hp ive seen well over 700hp turbo m20s

If you want to build the internals I can give you a list of parts and prices so that you can have over 300ftlbs of torque for just over 1200 dollars
