I believe the primary reason the judge said it was not allowed was due to the audio in the previous tapes. My high school installed "hidden" video cameras throughout the school with audio and a visual aid, but they had to disable the audio portion because it was illegally monitoring conversations. I think this kids tape, as is, w/o the audio is going to be fine. But that's just speculation, we'll see what happens.

yeah, the other cases did mention the use of sound one guy got busted for his tape recorder.

actually, if it makes a difference, its only the exhaust tips that are different, and no louder than the stock exhaust tip.

However, Va law states any exhaust that isnt oem or designed as an oem replacement is illegal. I didnt watch the video to see what was done to the exhaust, but it leaves much to the imagination of the officer.
