is this just to have a nice weekend car? or something to mod? if he's not worried about modding, the boxter is a very nice car.. my friend has one, and it's a blast.. repairs are EXPENSIVE though.... if he wants to mod it, then i say RX7.. from the looks of the choices he seems to be fond of the steering wheel... otherwise i'd have suggested a LS1 Trans-am

Weel being an S2000 owner I do have to put in my S2k plug. Yeah for 35 grand you can buy a brand new S2000 and turbo it. 350ish rwhp. Fun ride, trust me. If not that, I'd look into a G35 coupe or even a lower model 350Z and then add Greddy's twin turbo kit for 6 grand. Other than that, a used low mile Audi S4 is a great car.

Obviously I'm biased as hell, but my EVO is freakin badass.
I took it out today for its first dead stop launches....Jesus Christ that was fun. Its cool as shit to leave four full tire marks on the cement.
My car has some limited edition stuff in the interior. That with all the stock customs and bad ass speed sold me.
