there will always be sandbagging, sure pedaling a car is noticeable, but people will sandbag with shift points, pulling timing, launching easier, electronic boost controllers, hidden nitrous, changing pulleys, and whatever else they can dream up.

There is no way to tell from the outside if a car is really runnin' all out.
