So you realy think that someone is just going to say "hey officer, this guy just beat the shit out of me for stealing his trunk!" Yes, there is a slight chance, but i doubt it. And im not just going to go kicking everyones ass just cause they have a cf trunk, im gonna make sure its ours.

I can understand that much, but if you don't catch them in the act, tracking them down and whipping their asses can cause some pretty big legal problems.
