weird, that link says top speed of 130mph. I've had mine over 130mph (stock). Notice how the 1.8t is faster? Even though those times are pretty slow. Odd that VW would advertise the flagship engine (more expensive option) as being slower.

it's not even for sure that VW is releasing the 2.0T but if they are it'll have around 230HP most likely (looking at SAAB, anyway) anyways, bump it! lol

it will be released 05 i have a good friend thats works at vw of america marc tell me all the good stuff thats coming out and yes flywheel hp will be 255 cant want to put that motor in a a2

although that would/will be dope. with all of the new drive-by-wire systems and shit they are comming out with its going to be a major pita to do a swap from a new mkv. i am still looking forward to the first mkii w8 swap to come about.
