painting cold air tubing ?? how to ?

Default painting cold air tubing ?? how to ?

anyone know how to paint my tube from my filter to the throttle body.....

it came as normal "satin" color/texture.....i would like to paint it and make it look good...anysuggestions and where to get the paint and how to ??

light sanding, prime, paint, clear-coat. not that hard.

if you're trying to colormatch your car or whatever, use automotive spraypaint that you can buy at wal-mart or pep boys or wherever. oh, and buy a can-gun attachment. it will make things easier.

or Jeff at Dreamworks will do it as an EXACT match for your Mustang.

don't use anything coarser than 220 grit. might want to use an adhesion promoter of some kind to help the paint stick

Get some heat wrap tape and wrap the whole thing.

ya ya......the tubing is all scratched up.....so i wanted to sand it down abit and paint it to look better

isn't the tubbing I think your talking about rubber? If thats the case, you wouldn't want to sand it at all.
