Do u guys think they are rice? I'm thinkin about doin it.. on a silver gti. Either black or silver calipers what do u think? (someone said chrome calipers how would that look)

I kind like the way red calipers look, but only on certain cars. One of the biggest things though is that if you do it, keep them clean. There is nothing that looks shittier than a caliper that is all painted up and is covered in brake dust.

 

Painted mine black using high-temp spray cans, but it started to fade after awhile. Looked nice as shit for a minute.

 

I painted mine red, but now they look shitty and I'm too lazy to do anything about it.

Only if u got nice brakes. Like my 300ZX TT brakes would look nice red, single pistons...ehhh. Naw. But yellow does seems gay.

 

If you have stock brakes I'd say paint em silver....keeps em from looking like shit without making it look like you're trying to show off your stock ass brakes

Yeah. Red stock brakes only call attention to the fact that they are stock. Now, if they say Brembo or Wilwood or something on them, then hell yeah. Paint 'em fluorescent pink!
