depend in the previous color or the car base coat sould 25-100 a QT generally it should take you 2-3 QT to cover a hatch you also nee to facton in the cost of reducer. you shouldnt pay more than 100-125 for a gallon of reducer. where it gets expencive is the clear coat you also done want to spare on the clear dont buy some cheap ole clear i would recomend sherwin and williams Maxium Preformance clear or PPG concept line of clear you'll find out thats is gonna cost a little more but the end product will not only look bett but it will last longer and its easier to spray than the cheaper grade. Also for i good paint job leave it to the pros to make it look good. good luck send pice when job is all finished

a paint kit usually consists of a gallon of paint, if i were you i would get it READY TO SPRAY so you dont have to mix it, a gallon of clear, and a quart of clear activator.....pm returned....

 

I have a gallon of CW sitting at my house that I'd be willing to sell. It is PPG's top shelf line. I will get you a price. I also have the reducer for it as well as a gallon of DCU2021 clear and the hardener for it. It is about $600-800 worth of product. Get at me Tony.

Ricky, let me know if you're interested in any PPG stuff. I have a little bit laying around here. I have a few gallons or paint and 2 or 3 gallons of their clear. All of this is DBC (upper line PPG).

 

what colors do you have.....i might take some of that clear of you hands though, i like spraying that stuff,it lays real nice......

 

The only color I remember off hand other than the CW is a gunmetal color off the R33 Skyline
