where would i go to get some paint for my car? i want CW white and NBP and what is the price range on the paint? im painting a eh hatch.

 

black and white paints are usually super cheap.. i cant thank of anywhere off the top of my head but you know those little paint shops you'll sometimes see in shopping centers, those are most of the time distributors for big paint companies like sherwin, ppg, dupont, etc.

look in the phone book and look at the adds they should list what they distribute then you go in and at least the one i used to use when i worked at the body shop type in the paint chip # from a huge book they have and it lists the price

the blue on my prelude was about $90/pint, ill bet the back is less than $50

i did work at a shop then though and we'd go in and buy the paint for cars, it might be different buying it there as a consumer, just look them up. find out the exact color chip/paint code of the paint you want and which brand you want call up and get quotes

 

nbp is what im getting. going to dreamworks. they said it would cost $2000, but that includes $600 for all the body work. thats with jams.

CW paint is NOT CHEAP!!! trust me my RSX told me so....

The "paint kit" for my car was about $400.00 that's just for paint...it's a 3stage.

to paint a 91 hatch inside and out, took me almost a gallon, 4 coats.....

i get my paint from mattos pro finishes off of witchduck, you need to setup an acount to get the paint and the good deals though.....
