some old lady in a 99 lancer ran a red light and hit my car this morning on my way to work. luckily wer'e both ok and the only thing wrong with my car is the rear bumper. unfortunantly, the lady has no form of liability insurance so, my insurance gets to pick the shop(maaco) and then has to pursue lengthy legal action against her to get their money back. i don't undersatnd how someone has their car insured w/out liability. does any one know if maaco sucks or will by car be ok getting fixed there? i do feel kinda bad for her, and she got cited for reckless driving, but i mean damn that light was so red. i mean mine had been green for a few seconds before i even went(easing into first,wet roads and all) . oh well at least i don't have to pay for shit....
