nissan skyline import....???
alright in the next year i am going to be going to japan! Anyway i am thinking about getting a skyline when i get over there because i am going to be there for a long time. I Just want to know if anyone knows of a way to get one over to the states without it getting fucked up by customs. If anyone has any input on this i would really like to know. thanks
talk to the guys at motorex. besides the cost of frieght and stuff the converting a skyline over to US standards will set you back around $10k at motorex the last i checked.
holler at MI4lude...he has a skyline over there and has already started looking into bringing his back. i head the easiest way is to just buy one thats already over here and registered already.

Well the thing is I can buy it and they are going to be pretty cheap I already looked up prices for them. But i was really wondering if you sent the engine back in a seperate box then you sent the shell do you think that would make a difference?

I mean you did say "pulling up in an orginal RHD true JDM"...I guess your concerned with the effect on others than your driving experience.
