this reminds me of a letter sent into a import magazine from a guy who asked something along these lines....

hi i own a blah blah blah (cant remember)
my good friend who works on cars at his shop told me a few ideas to get power so he came over and helped me.
he heard porting/sand blasting the intake manifold helps hp output so i put some sand into the intake manifold and started the car and let it run and it took in alot of sand.
the motor then started making weird noises so we turned it off, well after i turned the car off i tried to start it again and it didnt want to start....
any ideas?"
