im debating between two cars. basically im looking at.

Evolution 8, and build mucho slowly. but just a nice car to get me around and play with none the less.

or

FD rx7, found a nice deal one one, which i would build somewhat fast, and get some piece of shit beater to get me around. use the FD as a weekend car/track car (looking at high hp numbers)

any feedback is appreciated. im kinda stuck :T

wtf does Fd mean.....but either way..the evo..they are gettin massive potential....they just need a 2 door

 

although evo8's are horribly uncomfortable stock...they are fine mashin the gas, but tryin to stay at 25-35mph is a damn workout.....they lag like a bitch at low rpms and speeds....i test drove one cuz i was looking at buying one...and i gotta say..i also drove the 05 rsx type S and the acura beat the evo in every aspect except top end...just some feedback for ya

if you are getting an rx7, you better have deep pockets........ because you will be selling one of your kidneys to maintain the damn thing.

 

I'm gonna have to recommend the RX7 since it won't break like your 'daily driver' Evo.

Well.. with the FD, he'll have a daily driver.

So, he can choose what he wants to work on - the FD's engine or the Evo's drivetrain.

With one choice, it won't matter if it breaks since it's the weekend racer.
