new Va exhaust laws?
i was out in hampton tonight with a few friends and one of them had mentioned that exhaust tickets are now a secondary offense. is this true?

IIRC smokey bear said that like only 3 offenses are secondary offenses. so no. if you have an aftermarket exhaust, prepare for tickets. stop bitching.
