The New GTR Skyline...
has then been a update on what its going to be released? i saw on r35gtr.com or what ever that its suppose to be 07. well its 07 now and no nissan dealership has any clue?
Actually, the Skyline (G35) is already out, but the Nissan GT-R comes out in 2008.
Edit: Well, I guess they're contemplating throwing the Skyline badge back on them now. Nissan originally said that it was going to completely seperate the GT-R and Skyline name plate.

I wouldn't quote wiki for truth, but I'm too lazy to look up anything else.

At the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, Nissan unveiled the GT-R PROTO, a prototype version of the 2007 GT-R. It is reported that the next GT-R will be a purebred sports car not based on a sedan chassis like the previous models. The next GT-R has been confirmed for release at the end of 2007 with a 3.6 L twin turbo VQ based engine generating 450 hp.[citation needed] Pricing may start at 7.5 million yen. The next GT-R's suspension and engine is being tuned by Lotus and Cosworth respectively, the former at their development center in England.[citation needed] Some of the current prototypes have a Skyline badge, Nissan says local distributors can decide whether or not the car will be a Skyline for their market, but all will wear the GT-R badge. how old is the skyline liek over 50 years, all straight 6s, and now they decide to call the JDM G35 a skyline, its such BS... call it moonline or something, its a awesome chassis and engine but its no skyline.
