There are a good amount of tuners in the state. You can get a safe basemap mailed to you and travel to a tuner like Matt Shue (Richmond) or stay local and head to Shad at accuracy (Chesepeake). both are very reputable tuners.

I laughing at you on how you phrase your sentences and your car. We ask for specs and you say "boostd vtec bseries with few minor mods".
Seriously go to VENDOR REVIEW.
Look at the freaking first thread on Shue. Done, finished, finto, now go.
