There is a place called Seahorse Plastics on Shoulders Hill Rd in Suffolk that makes molds and things like that. They do boat repair and things like that, but also do molds, etc.

I'm not from the area, but if you find out prices, I am wondering:

-Price to make a mold of a bumper.
-Price to create 4 bumpers from said mold.

The mold will be the expensive part, the bumpers made from said mold shouldn't be that $$$. The mold requires a lot of labor and lots more glass/resin than the bumpers will, etc.. You must have a really nice bumper.. =)

Im not talented enough to do Bumpers or anything ... but I custom made a dash for my 3rd Gen ... I used to work for a place off BainBrige that makes boats ... and they have a styrofoam and neat lasers ... anyways i grabbed some of that and started to shape it out then covered it with glass and sprayed it black ...
