same motor, but different supercharger. So the powerbands might be a little different...

I believe the one in the Gt is a lysolm and the gt500 will be a eaton.

you're almost right, I'm almost certain the blower on the GT500 is going to have a Whipple. We'll see.

That's been up in the air for a while. Whipple was having problems meeting demand so Ford said they were going with Eaton. However it seems whipple have gotten their shit together, so we'll have to see what happens

I rememeber seeing a link on it somewhere, but I'll have to find it

That's from Aug. I just saw a thread on Modularfords where Whipple said they were back up in production

Yeah, I wasn't sure what you were looking for. I do know at least one aftermarket company has switched to Autorotor after continued supply problems with Whipple.

You are correct. They are using the Eaton on the GT500 because there are more of them. They were going to go with a Lysolm unit for the GT500 but they could not make enough for the GT500.

A Kenne Belle GT would be sick.
