modifications for turbo
I am looking to modify my car. I am pretty much in the dark and there are not many "bolt ons" for it as of yet. I don't want to ruin it either is there any place around the VB area that is really good with tuning and tweaking and stuff like that?

On a side note, what would the vehicle be, once you tell us that I am sure more people will be able to help you out.

Re: modifications for turbo
Thats a really nice car, I love the Speed 6's.
Well, you're probably going to want to start off with the basics: downpipe, cat-back, engine management, intake etc.

Re: modifications for turbo
Yah sorry about that should specified, there is all this hoopla about the catback giving the speed6 25 more whp which I think is bullcakke.

check out the dyno #'s I don't believe it for a second. That is super expensive too. I want to be able to do downpipe and cat back for that kind of money mebbe a little more. Plus I don't really know how to tune my car. They say the ECU hasn't been cracked yet which kinda sucks. There is so much more power in the Japan newer version with same setup 300/300 hp/tq. I just don't want to break the car you know? I want to get my hands dirty while taking care of my own stuff also.
MazdaSpeed6, HKS SSQV BOV, Modded airbox (I am poor atm)

Re: modifications for turbo
Dont these run mid 14s at the track?
I ran one at the track, and me and him were dead even all the way down the strip. It was one of the best runs I've ever been in. It was a mazada something, he said it was bone stock.
Sorry to be off-topic. After running that car, I was really interested in it, but I forgot the name of it.
