I was referring to Josepi's comment.

front engine COULD mean front-midship, so I was just joking that it COULD be a convertible RX-7

but yeah, the next Mazdaspeed is the Miata.

yeah....S2000s have the engine in front but is technically considered to be mid-engine since it all sits behind the front axle.
