VA's implied consent law states that if you are arrested for dui/dwi you will submit to either a blood or breath test. If it's determined that marijuana is the cause of the impairment, you will be required to submit a blood sample. If you refuse this, you will also be charged with unreasonable refusal, which carries penalties separate from dui.

 

Are you sure you can refuse the blood draw? I haven't looked at VA specifically but in a lot of states now they can force the blood draw, it's not like refusing to take the intoxilyzer where they just temporarily take away your driver's license.

i by know means condone excessive marijuana use, and personally choose not to use. however, you are a god damn idiot if you fucking think some idiot making a "hypothesis" that weed causes testicular cancer is legitimate.

ok here's my hypothesis...bring in 100 guys who have ball cancer, 33 people have tried weed, 33 others have tried and still use weed, so only 33 percent who have ball cancer have never smoked weed. (off the top of my head what the national averages are)

there you go that is enough to form a fucking hypothesis and say "i'm a dumbass who hates weed and think that smoking weed raises the risk of ball cancer"
