ls/vtec or ls turbo? which way should i go?

Help me, im thinking of making my ls teg a ls/vtec all motor beast but i also have a bunch of people telling me to go ls turbo. Well I want to here the good and bad about both. Also i want to know what head I should use, either B16 or gsr b18c1. I appreciate any useful info you reply with. Thanks

i've heard the b16 head flows much better....... thats what i would use.

haven't you guys argued about this back and forth before about a hundred times?
try a search for it you'll probably find plenty of info out here just on this site.
