How much money do you want to spend? You can do it simple, or you can build an engine that will last, be reliable, and pound the streets..it all depends on your pockets.

Also, what are your goals? Daily driven...full race...little of both?

fog lights never came stock on integras..that sucks...you should get a hid kit instead (a ghetto one)

Those arent' fog lights, they're off road lights minus the "KC" covers.

Also, there are sooo many options on how to build a motor, it's hard to say which is the best set up. /broken record

^ true. I prefer a mild compression set-up personally. I would target a CR of 9.5:1 on flat dish pistons. The basics of a turbo B-series build up is to concentrate on the bottom end first:
-lower compression pistons
-upgraded rods
-bore or not to bore
-sleeve or not to sleeve
-improve stroke.... B18A/B stroke is already decent
