Review: This year the Civic continued essentially unchanged after the major redesign of 1992. But what was there to change? There are plenty of industry observers who believe the Civic is the best small car on the planet and has been for at least two decades. Thoughts of Corollas and Proteges come to mind but we're not going to argue the point. There are cheaper cars in this category, but there isn't a better one in sight.

Review: This year the Civic continued essentially unchanged after the major redesign of 1992. But what was there to change? There are plenty of industry observers who believe the Civic is the best small car on the planet and has been for at least two decades. Thoughts of Corollas and Proteges come to mind but we're not going to argue the point. There are cheaper cars in this category, but there isn't a better one in sight.
