itsyuj runs 18x9 +35 on all 4 corners and his rear fitment is perfect imo. hardly any stretch

You wouldnt need to run any stretch on the rears. You'd need to roll the fenders, but no pulling required. I have a set of 17x9 +40 gramlights sitting in my garage and a set of 245/40/17 re-11a's thats going on there.

Fixed the rear end. Drove around and the ac compressor is locked up.

My works are 17x8 +35, 17x9 +44 with the above tire sizes and a UK alignment for reference

Local guy gave me a working AC compressor. Maybe tomorrow I'll put it on and get it charged. Sucks because thats one thing I bragged about with the car, working AC haha.

No. Not even close. IIRC, my rims were flush with the stock fenders (no work done) on a stock alignment and stock ride height when it was sitting on wood (no tires).
