Hey everyone,
I just recently got into an accident and now I have to claim it through Liberty Mutual. Has anyone had any past experiences with them? Any reccomendations or tips? I thought it would be standard procedure to get the claim filed (get an estimate, give it to the insurance company, etc etc) but apparently Liberty Mutual does their own estimates with their own estimators. Anything else I should know about them? How have they been in past claims? etc Just trying to stay informed.
