Like stated, GR-2's are just an OEM replacement strut. AGX's have a 4-way adjuster on them. YOu can soften the ride or stiffen the ride to your likings. I have the GMPP struts, which Koni made the struts, but they are no longer available for my car, so they AGX's have replaced them. I have heard good feedback about the strut. I have a 3400lb car and they work great!
You can go to koni's site and see if they make them for your car, but you will pay more for the koni's than the AGX's
