Its just one simple term PROBABLE CAUSE. if they dont have a reason for you to get out your car, you dont have too.

i got pulled over by a z28 in fairfax about 6 months ago. the guy was a fag and gave me 4 tickes. 1-running a red 2-inproper exhaust 3-clear turn signals 4-not displaying front license plate. fortunatly i got out of all of them, isnt it amazing what i good attorney can do

 

There's no way he had probable cause/reasonable suspicion, next time refuse. What's he going to do, get a warrant?

 

well my improper safety violation came from clear corners said they were illegalor as the officer put it non comparable factory issued equipment. bad thing was i just got em like two days ago!!!! and yes i had amber bulbs in them.

 

the reasonng for my courtesy check is probably because i drive a toyota.
