i know another guy with a ls turbo integra not even tuned, probably making less than 400 and he was running high 11s on slicks, but hes a driving fucker. there are plenty of people on this board that can vouch for him and his driving.
sounds like you friend either is having some problems, or just cant drive worth a damn because those are some really sorry times for those hp numbers. i would be really embarrased.

Ive seen 230whp integras w/lsd run 13.2 or so with a .. 2.3? 60ft.. his stock rims.. if your friend supposedly has 400whp and cant hit 12's, his car is fubared, or he cant drive. its as simple as that. do you really think a 400whp 2700lb car cant hit 11s easy as shit?

Yea, ok but all of this talk is about the GSR running from a stop. I promise you is, if you catch this car on the highway and be dumb enough to fuck with it, you WILL get ROLLED on. Unless your running a fuckin tricked out supra, all motor beast, or some other freakishly modded car.

Traps for 400whp should be somewhere around 120mph. What does you trap speed with very small turbos have to do with anything?

I ran a 12.9@110 on 12 psi with 2.2 60's wonder what's wrong cause I was only putting down like 290whp

Im guessin you have a t3t4 type turbo or something with some what quick spooling.
