I'd go with the GSR.

The better deal would be a 1998 Prelude w/ 125k miles, black interior for $7500

At that price - neither - Unless they had some recent work done to them! $5k for a car with 170-200k is crazy

Keep shopping around. My advice, dont buy the car from a Honda enthusiast for one thing. Don't shop for Hondas on this board for sure. Do a cars.com search, or autotrader, or edmunds.com. You will find better deals with less miles. That 92 Si is a 14 year old car with 170k miles, thats insane for that car. The other bad thing about buying from an enthusiast is that the car has probably been dogged to shit, especially those models. Find a 40 year old who drove one daily to work.

Searching Auto trader you find a 97 Prelude VTEC 120k for 7k.
96 GSR with 130k for 7k.

^ so true. I thought both those prices seemed a little high with that mileage.
