For instance, take a LT1 F body: Longtube headers, 3" Y pipe, 3" Exhaust, CAI, Gears, sticky tires. You'll easily be into the 12's. If you have an auto, its even easier, even with a low powered LT1.
C MY 4D has a 4.6 GT in the 12's with nothing but boltons and sticky tires.

Dont generalize each car is all I'm saying, saying that it takes alot to get a v8 powered domestic into the 12's isnt a correct statement.
