i just bought a car and owner doesnt have key but i can get in, i need to go from where its at to my apt. aprox 15-20 miles. and i only have 50 bucks.
left front tire is flat. i have the title in hand.

nan man everything was done legit, all the paper work was done right at the dmv and everything. honestly the car sat for like three years the owner forgot about it, i contacted him. and he sold me the car dirt cheap. and i have a spare motor/tran to put in it.
either way, im still in at a stand still. i rather have it outside my door and work
on it rather than make the drive and work on it some where else.

so i still need help.
