I need a GOOD lawyer any referals??
Well i know im skrewed beyond belief so here's my story,
dui .08 blood alcohol
120mph+
and the real kicker: eluding/evading police(felony)
i wrecked my car and thats how the cop got me. he says that he turned his lights on and tried to pull me over but gave up when I was steady pulling from him, I never saw his lights or heard the siren, I would have pulled over if I did but I didn't so i got a felony for that and a mis. for the dui. did everything the cops said after i was arrested and all them said just get a good lawyer. So if any of you have some good referals then I could sure use them. Oh yeah this was in the norfolk area and i was pulled in by the city cops. Man I really learned my lesson on this one, as soon as I got home I poured all my beer down the drain, this was definatly a life changing experience belive me it was definately not worth it.

BTW, just so you know, I had a friend get 120+, evading, and streetracing and he went to jail for a month and god knows what fines he paid.
He had a $$$$ lawyer too AFAIK.

Can't help you, but smart move and chilling out and doing everything they said. Pony up the dough for a great lawyer b/c that can save you lots of time/money/anguish in the future.

one of my friends got a 140+ on 264 and as soon as he went past the cop he slowed down and pulled over...the cop said he slowed down safely and there was no harm to anyone. he got 3 weeks jailtime, an assload in fines, and some community service...

Haha dude you are so fucked no lawyer is going to be able to get you off. If the felony isn't dropped look forward to 1-5 years.
