i will be racing some dude and i really dont have no idea about conquest . i done a little bit of searching and seen that most of them have around 220 hp and weigh around 3300.
but i dont know what it can do with that 220 hp

Not too sure, what is your setup? You do know I assume since you did some research that they are turbocharged (I actuall have an extra turbo off of one).

I raced one with my 93 probe gt 200 hp v6. now the probe weighs about 3500 lbs. but i got SMOKED!!! about 4 cars in 1 light. on costal highway in delaware. becareful!

If I'm not mistaken they are AWD. Depending on your setup you will be smoked. With very few modifications that thing could easily run low 14's. Sounds like he's probably upped the boost too.
Not a good idea to go into that race blind, or to race at all for that matter.

stock they're not too quick. 2.6 turbo I4, TBI. (yuck!)
but they boogie with the basic slurry of turbo-car mods.
if he's got an aftermarket turbo and an MBC your just going to see smoke and tail lights.

I love conquest/starions. If i could find one with reasonably low miles id be all over it. For being an older car they are very nice!!! Careful he doesnt have mods or, yes you will have your ass handed to you.

Stock they're not that fast, but just like most turbo cars they are fairly easy to make much faster. There are some damn quick ones out there.

I had a friend back in the early 90s that had a really badass conquest. He made lots of money street racing camaros and mustangs. Back then no one would think anything was fast if it didn't have a V8.
He ran low 13s with just nitrous.

I saw a Starion catch on fire one night @ the street races in Ontario like 3 years ago .. crazy shit .. and earlier that night the guy with the starion was beating everybody .. stangs, EGs, Integras .. be careful if it haS that hks turbo and mbc ... get a 75 shot and then race him
