If you got pulled by state police what court would you go to? I only ask as I have never gotten a ticket. I have some ideas that have worked in the past.
A friend of mine(driving an eclipse odly enough) got pulled by a norfolk cop on 264w just before the 45mph signs. He got a 90 in a 55 ticket. When he went to court he was very honest and fed the old "someone could have got hurt...and I shouldn't have been doing this..." line. He got off with "Improper Use of A Motor Vehicle." I think it was a $150 fine and no points.
Window tint....you're pretty fucked without getting it removed.
turn signals...you are an asshole if you don't use them. BUT I agree ask how long they were on and how long is required by law. Then make the remark that he ticketed you based on no accurate law. He had a subjective opinion on the matter. Technically as long as you used the for a millasecond you obeyed the law.
Exhaust....get rid of the fart can and get a resonater.

I didn't see you and that sucks you got tickets, but it could be worse, you could be in my shoes and get a reckless driving ticket even though you was going 10mph faster than most of the traffic around you and have to go to court in Stafford county. Sucks to be me.
