i done seen a sheriff (sp) in portsmouth
with a dam civic hybrid...had the sheriff sign on the sides and a dam police light on top....i guess that po-pos are gettin into the import world now...lol
this was in portsmouth too....anyone that lives out there seen that car before??

There are two of them. Sheriff Waters wanted to show the city that he is enviromentally sound.

In Portsmouth, the sheriff's office runs the jail, booking, courts, serves civil papers as well as criminal warrants. They also give traffic tickets and have a truck inspection team that inspects 18 wheelers. And, they also escort funerals.
