how would i go about an even trade?

i wanna know how, if possible, i could go about an even trade, if i still owe money on my car?

a guy wants to trade his 240, fully paid off for my tiburon, which i still owe $7.2k on...how can i make this possible?

i bought it for $9500 a couple months ago....tiburons are QWIK...dont underestimate them, never had a problem with it either!!!

either he needs to get a loan for the amount or tell the bank to transfer payments. ( he would still need to get approved) then have him sign over the title for the 240.
